Description
Deliver multi component interventions to colleagues incorporating goal setting, physical activity, healthy eating, physical and mental health sessions.6. Monitor attendance and achievements of colleagues on courses or activities recording and documenting as appropriate.7. Organise and facilitate groups and/or individuals to develop self-care skills.8. Whilst working with colleagues, identify barriers and possible solutions to making sustainable lifestyle changes.9.

Support the development of new interventions within the Occupational health and wellbeing services.10. Support the development of new lifestyle initiatives which will offer peer support to clients trying to maintain lifestyle changes.11.

To assist the Occupational health and wellbeing services to continually review the development and improvement of the range of services provided.12.

To contribute to evaluation/research initiatives designed to generate data regarding the effectiveness of the service.13.

Participate in wellbeing events across divisions and meetings as required.14. Support promotional activities and events for the service.15. Be responsible for co-ordination of a named designated project.16. Produce progress or activity reports as required in relation to service.17.


To support Occupational health and wellbeing and its interests, and other public health teams as required at local and regional events.18.

Alert line manager to any issues in work regarding specific areas of concern which may require specialist support including concerns about individuals or work in the community.19.

Liaising with other team members in the production of reports, newsletters, and contact with the media.20. Undertake any other duties that may be required, and which are applicable to the grade of the post.21.

To be responsible in developing and contributing to team support networks and join in team learning activities.26. Facilitate and support individuals to develop their knowledge and skills about health and well-being.27. Build and maintain knowledge of key contacts within the organisation.28. Promote the equality and value the diversity issues and link to the relevant partners.29.
