Our UK IT department is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful person to join the team and build a career in an evolving and innovative environment.
You will need to understand and have a working knowledge of the equipment we procure, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
Being based in an office, you will have to provide IT support to our Support Centre staff. Dealing with the people and problems on-site, generally being their first point of contact.
As part of the role, you will regularly visit our shops and other territories to perform maintenance and support our international teams.
This will usually be in larger blocks of time rather than changing between the two daily, but occasionally travel may be required at short notice.
In addition to the above, you may also be given the opportunity to get involved in other projects as and when they arise.

Salary

Working Hours
Working hours are 40 hours per week.
When not travelling or visiting stores, your time will be spent at the Watford Support Centre as your base location.

Salary:
£29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
