Job Details

Our UK IT department is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful person to join the team and build a career in an evolving and innovative environment.

As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for various roles throughout our team. You will be responsible for prepping IT equipment and processing our faulty equipment returned to IT.

You will need to understand and have a working knowledge of the equipment we procure, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

Being based in an office, you will have to provide IT support to our Support Centre staff. Dealing with the people and problems on-site, generally being their first point of contact.

Your time will alternate between office-based work and travelling to our various stores.
