Imperial Personnel are Recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on behalf of their client in the Newark area.

Working Hours

  • 8.30am5pm Monday Friday (occasional Saturday mornings during peak)

Pay
- £10.42ph

The Role

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Keep up to date with new products
  • Report feedback from customers in appropriate channels
  • Must have a customercentric attitude
  • Be able to deal with complaints
  • Must be able to commute to Newark, without public transport
  • Must be able to work weekends if and when required
