We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate practitioner to join the Senior team within our 3-5yr playroom.

All applicants must hold a minimum qualification of HNC in Early Years and have at least
two years of experience working with 3-5 year olds.

Applicants must have a sound knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition, as well as other relevant Early Years documents.

As an effective leader within the playroom, you are required to possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Other roles and responsibilities will include;
- the overseeing of the day-to-day running of the playroom
- lead role in planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of appropriate learning
experiences.
- promotion and implementation of all nursery policies
- the maintenance and nurture of positive relationships with our families
- contribution to an ethos which promotes positive behaviour, equality and fairness
- an active role in the management team
