Security and Data Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role

- £23,000 basic + Uncapped competitive commission.

Year 1 £40,000 OTE, Year 2 £70,000, Year 3 £100,000.
8Strand development programme: extensive training, coaching, and mentoring tailored to your individual pace, capability, and skills.
Driving towards your own sales and targets Driving towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.
Working towards developing new business with new and existing clients.

Security and Data Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Expectations

Top 40 University with a 2:1 or above and strong Alevel academics (preferred A*B).
Competed in sport, preferably at a high level or in a team.
Sales or commercial experience preferred or working alongside studies.
Target driven must be driven and motivated.
