Talent Acquisition Consultant

South West (Hybrid)

The GRP Group has been growing exceptionally for the last few years and is now looking to further strengthen our Internal Talent Acquisition team with a Consultant to look after a number of the South based business.


Looking after some of our fastest growing businesses you'll need to be able to design hiring solutions / campaigns that are effective and relevant to the roles your recruiting for.


You'll be looking after the complete range of roles for the businesses from Trainee to Senior hires and you'll be at the forefront of delivering a strong Talent Acquisition service to the management teams across the region.


The day-to-day:


  • Liaising with Line managers across the regions offices to ensure you have a full working knowledge of current and future hiring needs
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team on developing and implementing group wide strategies to increase direct hires across the estate
  • Assist with interviewing / screening potential employees and maintaining the relevant systems
  • Working within GRP Group Talent Acquisitions Policies and Procedures
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and local educational providers
  • Manage advertising across internal and external systems and platforms (Broadbean, LinkedIn, Twitter, Intranet)

The opportunity to join and be a key part of the national TA team as it drives forwards a more direct hiring model.


About you:


  • You'll have a track record either within an inhouse recruitment/sourcing team or within an agency environment with a passion for delivering results.
  • A skill set that includes strong communication, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills coupled with a target driven outlook.
  • An insurance or finance recruitment background would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
