Top Job Recruitment are seeking a Temporary Administrator for our client based in Waltham.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Reception cover
  • Book inspections into the workshop
  • Raise purchase orders on systems for relevant and associated fleet work
  • Keep customers up to date with any delays or unexpected work
  • To ensure all customer records are kept up to date
  • Filing and scanning
  • Take deliveries of parts and record on the system
  • Other ad hoc admin work as and when required

Required Skills:


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • A flexible, proactive cando approach.
  • The ability to prioritise and carry out instructions accurately with attention to detail.
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
