Servicing Manager - Recruitment Sector

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Servicing Manager, to be based at our flagship offices within the heart of Birmingham.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager to join an existing team, as a result of our continuing growth and development.
The successful Manager will be responsible for working with our key clients to ensure the elevated levels of recruitment support are exceeded.
_Duties and Responsibilities:

No Sales
_** - focussing only on service delivery
- Conduct interviews and sitebased inductions
- Complete compliance checks
- Communicate with our clients' Hiring Managers, providing updates on regular basis
- Help develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency
- General administration and updating internal systems
- Generate KPI reports
- Support with out of hours on call
_Experience / Requirements__:
_
- Previous experience working within Recruitment and/or a Skilled & Technical division essential
- You will need to be a team player
- Extremely organised with a passion for delivering a high level of Customer Service
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Office based with occasional travel
- UK Driving Licence essential
