A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Servicing Manager, to be based at our flagship offices within the heart of Birmingham.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager to join an existing team, as a result of our continuing growth and development.

Focussing on a portfolio of prestigious brands and key Utility sector clients'.

The successful Manager will be responsible for working with our key clients to ensure the elevated levels of recruitment support are exceeded.

_Duties and Responsibilities:

_** - focussing only on service delivery

Conduct interviews and sitebased inductions
Complete compliance checks
Communicate with our clients' Hiring Managers, providing updates on regular basis
Help develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency
General administration and updating internal systems
Generate KPI reports
Support with out of hours on call

_Experience / Requirements__:
_

Previous experience working within Recruitment and/or a Skilled & Technical division essential
You will need to be a team player
Extremely organised with a passion for delivering a high level of Customer Service
Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
Office based with occasional travel
UK Driving Licence essential
