LHH Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established retail and e-commerce business who are based in Leamington Spa, who due to continuous growth are now seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team and help reduce aged debt,oversee invoice payments in adherence to payment terms and resolve invoice queries.

Credit Controller

Up too £27k

Duties

  • Focus on reducing late payments and bad debt
  • Allocating receipts in a diligent and timely manner
  • Resolve invoice/payment queries direct with customer
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales cash receipts
  • Ensuring credit control procedures have been followed with integrity at all times;
  • Opening new customer accounts on the system, after completing all necessary checks
  • Issuing monthly statements
  • Previous experience/knowledge of working in credit control
  • Great communication skills both verbally and electronically.
  • Experience of query resolution is a bonus
  • Ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary
  • Work with autonomy
