4Leisure are currently recruiting for a Health Club Manager for a Luxury residential Gym in the East London area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Gym / Club Manager to oversee a multi faceted club with excellent facilities and plans forfurther growth.

Looking for an individual exemplary customer service and standards are the forefront of their approach with management experience in a Health Club environment.

The Health Club Manager is solely responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Health club and wellness facilities.

You will manage and coach your team to maintain and deliver only the highest standards and experience for your members.

Skills and expectations

Be a Confident and experienced Health club Manager with a passion for your club and an eye for detail
Have proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Be responsible for the Health and Safety in the Health Club, ensuring it is a top priority and the duty of care given to residents is of the highest level possible.
Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and help to promote a service orientated culture amongst the staff
Contribute to Club retention by utilising the highest quality of customer service. To be the driving force and key contributor to development by promotion of the Leisure services
Be confident in understanding your site and tracking progress through reports and analysis.
To create and run regular fitness events and challenges to engage members
To teach classes and train clients when required.
Lead and Manage the Fitness Team, including creating weekly Rota's,
Must hold fitness qualification Personal Trainer Level 3 or above

Salary:
£32,000-£37,000 Dependent on experience

Hours: 40 per week, between 05.45am pm Monday to Sunday (5 days per week)
