Description

Duties will include:

  • Reception cover
  • Administrative support for the team
  • Assistance in the smooth running of the office
  • Assisting with purchase order management
  • Assisting with monitoring levels of office supplies
  • Assisting with maintaining archiving documents and ensuring spreadsheets are updated
  • Answering phones and providing high standard of client service
  • Assist with management of client property sales
  • Book in viewings for sales and lettings and follow up as required
  • Updating property sales adverts online for properties for sale and rent
  • Property inspections
  • Preparation of rental documents and id verification and checks

Skills and Experience:

  • Must enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Selfstarter and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Good working knowledge of microsoft office suite, particularly word, excel and outlook
  • Ability to problem solve and seethrough solutions
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Organise and prioritise workloads
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
  • Work well in a team and independently
  • I.T. literate and able to set up basic I.T. equipment
Salary - Competitive - based on experience

Hours of work - Monday-Friday hrs) will consider both part time and full-time applicants
