Customer Service and Sales Coordinator - Cambourne, United Kingdom - STORMX RECRUITMENT LIMITED
Description
A role where no day is likely to be the same as this is not a call centre. It's a solid mixture of administrative account management and relationship building with clients, with full training provided.Don't let the sales title fool you, this is absolutely not a cold-calling, volume based role, the sales element would involve speaking to existing clients and attempting to upsell on existing orders.
Key duties include:
- Working as part of a friendly customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
- Processing customer orders and taking ownership of the same orders through to completion.
- Provide information on stock and product availability, pricing etc.
- Maintain accurate administrative records of all calls, updating other departments with information as required.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
