Key Results Areas

  • Support with all general HR administration
  • Maintaining employee personnel files electronically including personal details, emergency contact details and absence
  • Reporting HR stats, for example employee absence, turnover, headcount etc.
  • Support with recruitment raising requisitions, employee references, arranging interviews and liaising with hiring managers
  • Assist and support HR projects
  • Keeping various paperwork, letter templates and forms up to date
  • Help with maintenance of our new HR system training will be given
  • Reception cover as and when required
  • Any other reasonable duty as defined by the company

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£14,300.00 per year
