- Capable of working alone when set a task or in a team structure

- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Key Results Areas
- Support with all general HR administration
- Maintaining employee personnel files electronically including personal details, emergency contact details and absence
- Reporting HR stats, for example employee absence, turnover, headcount etc.
- Support with recruitment raising requisitions, employee references, arranging interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Assist and support HR projects
- Keeping various paperwork, letter templates and forms up to date
- Help with maintenance of our new HR system training will be given
- Reception cover as and when required
- Any other reasonable duty as defined by the company
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£14,300.00 per year
