Head of Customer Service - Reading
£110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are currently working with a very successful housebuilder operating in the Reading area who are looking for a Head of Customer Service to lead their team.
The job will involve leading and managing the Customer Service team, visiting sites in person to diagnose defects, and overseeing the Customer Service team's response to those defects.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Manage the customer service processes and continually strive to make improvements
- Guarantee that computer systems are being implemented and used effectively.
- Identify potential issues within the customer service team
This is an excellent role with a successful housebuilding business that would suit someone with a background as a Customer Service Manager or Head of Customer Care and is looking to broaden their horizons by working with the country's most prestigious housing developers.
