An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Administrator to join this friendly and proactive St.

James's Place Partner Practice, who specialise in meeting the financial planning goals of their clients by providing advice on a range of Investment and Retirement products, and financial solutions.

This varied and challenging role will provide you with a solid foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through the SJP Accreditation programme, alongside on-the-job training.

Further development including studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning through the CII, are also available and encouraged.


The Role:
Junior Wealth Management Administrator


  • You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice.
  • You will be responsible for arranging and preparing for client meetings, collating data for reports, illustrations, and portfolio reviews.
  • You will be dealing with general enquiries, chasing providers for funds and information, and liaising with SJP backoffice teams.
  • You will be responsible for submitting new business (mainly pensions and investments) ensuring this is recorded and tracked efficiently and in line with Practice and regulatory standards.
  • Managing the database of clients using Salesforce CRM and composing high quality correspondence to clients and providers
  • You will understand the importance of getting things right first time, so your attentiontodetail is second to none.

Junior Wealth Management Administrator

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Career aspirations to grow with this Practice.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator, Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • The confidence to deal with third parties and work with total discretion.
  • Attention to detail to ensure production of accurate and timely documents.
