Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Mobility Manager to join our growing team
- border deployment of people in acompliant and efficient manner. They will work closely with the Global Mobility Tax Manager to develop and promote mobility within CMS.


About the Role

  • Be the expert in the HR function for all matters related to crossborder movement of employees and partners.
  • Ensure delivery of the lifecycle process for all assignments and transfers; as well as support compliance for international business travel and more informal crossborder working.
  • Be the main point of contact for business stakeholders to ensure an international move is the right thing to do and is executed efficiently and compliantly.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and business leaders on selection of appropriate Global Mobility policy and all mobility related matters.
  • Work with the HR Reporting lead to develop appropriate global mobility reports, and subsequently providing insights and management reporting on a regular basis to ensure visibility of movements and spend.
  • Conduct briefings with employees to ensure full understanding of terms of assignment terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for the forecasting of Global Mobility costs and considerations for budgeting processes, including cost projections.
  • Education of internal partners on the Global Mobility framework, processes and tools to drive consistent level of service.
  • Actively knowledge share with colleagues to promote the understanding and enhanced appreciation for the value of using mobility (in its many forms) strategically for talent development as well as to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on the assignment compensation setting process for relocating employees.
  • Work with the Senior HR Operations Manager and external immigration partners to provide employment immigration support and find practical solutions.
  • Consult with and provide advice to the business on complex crossborder business needs including management of risks, mobility best practices, and internal policy compliance.
  • In collaboration with the Global Mobility Tax Manager, advise and ensure proper administration of expatriate payroll, compensation, and benefits including shadow payroll.
  • Oversee compliance reviews that identify areas of risk exposure or noncompliance related to tax, wage reporting and immigration.
  • Stay up to date on changing regulations, trends and industry practices, consulting with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisitions to assess relocation and immigration needs.
  • Work with wider Reward team for job change offers.

About You Professional/Educational Qualification

  • Experience working with Mobility, Immigration and/or Tax
  • Experience working in house within Global Mobility (desirable)
Skills & Experience required

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax, Immigration
  • Knowledge and conversant in expatriate tax and immigration compliance principles and legislation
  • Compelling communication and customer skills with a focus on empathy and sensitivity to intercultural issues
