  • Fixedterm appointment up 30th April 2025We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic Team within LSTM and support our missiondriven initiatives. Working closely with project managers, team members and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Governance:Supporting the Project Manager and project team with all project governance; Maintain project workplans for the project; Regular review and updating of project action logs; Support LSTM project team with preparation for workshops, testing and training.

Project Administration:Work with the CRIS Suppliers and Project team to schedule meetings and workshops; Arrange internal meetings; Minute taking at meetings; Provide logístical support to team members and visitors for both UK and overseas trips.

Financial Administration:To include
raising purchase orders, processing consultant/supplier invoices and expense claims.

  • Experience of working within a project team
  • Experience of minute taking and effective communications
  • Experience of organising workshops and meetings
  • Flexible with ability to multitask and prioritise time and task demands
  • Exceptional organisation ability and attention to detail
