Duration:
Fixedterm appointment up 30th April 2025We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic Team within LSTM and support our missiondriven initiatives. Working closely with project managers, team members and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Governance:Supporting the Project Manager and project team with all project governance; Maintain project workplans for the project; Regular review and updating of project action logs; Support LSTM project team with preparation for workshops, testing and training.

Project Administration:Work with the CRIS Suppliers and Project team to schedule meetings and workshops; Arrange internal meetings; Minute taking at meetings; Provide logístical support to team members and visitors for both UK and overseas trips.

Financial Administration:To include
raising purchase orders, processing consultant/supplier invoices and expense claims.

Experience of working within a project team
Experience of minute taking and effective communications
Experience of organising workshops and meetings
Flexible with ability to multitask and prioritise time and task demands
Exceptional organisation ability and attention to detail
