Leeds Beckett University is an exciting, modern university in one of the most vibrant student cities in the UK.

Within the University there is a large, centralised IT department responsible for the provision and support of a wide array of technologies and services across two beautiful campuses with excellent facilities.

The post holders will be responsible for the first and second-line support of a range of IT and AV technologies from end-user devices to lecture theatre support, offering face to face, telephone and remote support with a focus on customer service and timely resolutions.

We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for technology who can demonstrate a range of good communication, customer service and organisational skills.

The ability to prioritise work and tasks and demonstrate attention to detail is integral to this role.
