Full-Time, all year round (term time plus 4 weeks, will be considered)

Pay Grade 10

£31,134 - £34,734 per annum
Rise Multi Academy Trust are delighted to be growing the central HR team.

We present a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven HR professional, to join our reputable and growing Trust.

Thus, supporting over 500 employees in

21 of our schools (soon to be 23).

The successful applicant will be based in our Head Office in Syston, but there will be a requirement to frequently visit our schools.

This is a fantastic role for an ambitious individual to work closely with the HR Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of HR casework across the Trust, providing high quality, comprehensive, professional, and business focused advice to our senior leaders, therefore confidence in providing HR advice and being independently solution focused is pivotal in the role.

You will also get involved in project-based activities, which include TUPE, training and implementation of our new HR System.

As well as possessing the right skills and experience, we'll need you to have bags of enthusiasm with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence others.

It is essential that you are CIPD qualified - level 5 or working towards qualified status.

Whilst HR experience and knowledge gained within an education/school setting is desirable, applicants who can demonstrate an ability and appetite to develop their knowledge in this sector are welcomed.
