Are you a recent graduate or looking to start your career in accounting? My wonderful, returning client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our centralised Finance Department based in Maidenhead town centre.
As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced team and gain exposure to various accounting and administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for printing cheques, processing bills, allocating direct debits and standing orders,data input of transactions, compiling reports, and performing ad hoc tasks to assist other team members.
Training will be provided on all aspects of the role.As you progress in your career, you will receive on-going training in other areas to help you develop your skills further.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:- Grade A-C Maths and English
- Strong Basic IT skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Conscientious and have an eye for detail
- A team player
