**HEAD OF CRM
UP TO £100,000 + BONUS
HYBRID - CENTRAL LONDON**
THE COMPANY
This is a great opportunity to work with a home improvement group with a multi-national customer base


THE ROLE
As a Head of CRM, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Working across the group to drive CRM across web and in-app channels
  • Working with other teams in the business on best practice
  • Using data and insights to create CRM strategies
  • Acting in a standalone role

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a Head of CRM or equivalent
  • Inapp experience is a plus
  • The ability to work with complex data sets is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Braze is great but not necessary
