Anord Mardix is implementing a Global ERP system and one of the fundamental pre-requisites is to have accurate and consistent data.

There is a requirement to consolidate cross-functionality to ensure all the correct attributes are captured and collated, and the Global Master Data Project Lead will function as the Custodian of the master data and arbitrator between regions.

The role will deliver Master Data Management capabilities that will govern and control business critical master data, ensuring consistent use across multiple business functions and environments.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Management of all master data in ERP and existing systems to ensure that any additions or changes are accurate and controlled in line with agreed processes and rules;
  • Develop expert understanding of our master data, where it comes from, and how it impacts the business and other stakeholders;
  • Documenting and mapping the agreed components of each master data element and the stakeholder who is accountable for each;
  • Liaison with the ERP team to ensure that all changes to master data are made correctly;
  • Ensure that master data is updated consistently across all platforms, so they all reflect the same information at the same time;
  • Defining, gathering, inspecting, cleaning, transforming data;
  • Own Master Data processes and tools.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Previous experience in Master Data administration or a related field;
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to data integrity;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data standards;
  • Knowledge of master data and data quality concepts, principals, and best practice;
  • Flexible, resourceful, and selfdriven.

Salary:
£37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kendal: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
