FAMILY SOLICITOR
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and friendly Cheshire law firm as a Family Solicitor.

If you have a minimum of 2 years' post qualifying experience and ready to take the next step in your career then this an ideal role for you.

Working alongside the Head of Department you will run your own caseload which will include privately funded Divorce Matters, Separation, Cohabitations, Private Childrens Act etc

This is a great private practice who have fantastic links across the region and who offer a supportive and friendly working environment.

The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor in Cheshire who can demonstrate:

Experience of runing a caseload of divorce and financial remedy, pre & post nuptial agreements and privately funded children work
As a guide you would be expected to have at least 2 years' experience.
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx
Advocacy experience preferred but not essential as this can be developed within the role
Ability to act with sympathy and empathy towards clients
Positive approach to promoting the family law team
