Aftersales and Warrant Administrator£10 - £11 an hour

Distinct is currently working with a worldwide manufacture with their head office based in Milton Keynes they are looking to appoint a Aftersales and Warrant Administrator on a fixed term contract starting immediately.

Key deliverables for my role include (but are not limited to) the following:- Arrange all aspects of travel and accommodation requirements for the Aftersales Division.
- Organise and attend meetings, including Management and Health & Safety Workshop meetings, producing and circulating minutes as required.
- Administer and process all expenses for Aftersales Division.
- Maintain the itinerary for all Managers and Field Managers within the Aftersales
- Division.
- Collate Field Managers' visit logs, maintaining a log report at SGB for senior
- the Aftersales Process Health Checks.
- Raise Purchase Orders as requested using Finance portal.
- Produce, update and format various reports and distribute accordingly.
- Provide administrative support for Warranty Department including Certificate of
- Conformity (CoC) printing and sending.
- Review and process warranty authorities and claims from dealers throughout
- Support the full dealer warranty service, responding to Dealer queries, disputes and general enquiries, imparting advice and guidance to ensure warranty is fair
- General administrative tasks to support the Aftersales division.
