Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment. This is a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are properly packaged and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload products from trucks or containers
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate stock
Perform basic quality control checks on products
Prepare packaging materials such as boxes, crates, or pallets
Pack products according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and sealing
Assist with materials handling and organization within the warehouse
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and equipment
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing procedures
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
Experience with picking and packing orders efficiently
