Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service

As a Customer Service Lead Generator, you work closely with the customer service team, focusing on maximising opportunities for additional sales
You are the primary point of contact for firsttime and infrequent customers, taking bookings and developing relationships
Always follow SSGs friendly and professional customer service approach
Ask the right questions to identify your customer's needs
Professionally deal with any complaints and turn them into opportunities wherever possible

Sales

Maximise opportunities for sales arising from every phone call you take
Regularly review existing account and tap into potentials for additional sales
Achieve sales targets

Administration

Generate service proposals, consulting with internal expert as and when required
Process payments in a safe manner

Essential Experience:

Proven experience in a phonebased customer service role, that also included elements of sales
The ability to selfmanage a demanding workload whilst remaining focused on the task in hand
A high level of care to act as an effective team player with drive, energy, and passion to motivate self and fellow team members
