Savant is supporting an International business with the recruitment of a Accounts Payable Supervisor role for its head office finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage the day to day activities and tasks of the Accounts Payable team of 4, working closely with company suppliers and employees.

Key responsibilities will be to oversee the department activities to ensure the creditors ledger is operated accurately and efficiently.

You will encourage, up-skill and develop a strong and well established team who are both eager and willing to learn.

Skills/Experience

Previous experience of working in a managerial/supervisory role in a Finance/Accounts Department
Expert understanding of purchase to pay cycle and the interaction with other ERP components
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong organisational, analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Be a self starter who is experienced in fast paced and busy business environment
Proactive and enthusiastic approach
Willingness to learn more, assume more responsibility and grow the role
