This award-winning Italian Design company specialises in natural stone, from innovative textures for walls and floors to bathroom items and products from the home such as tables, lighting and accessories.

As part of their growth plan in the UK, they are seeking a Specification Sales Manager to be responsible for the management of interior designers, architects and specification.

Responsibilities for the Specification Sales Manager will include to:

Implement effective sales targets and actively seek new specifiers
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Maintain CRM records for Area contacts and projects
Raise the Company's full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and products presentations
Develop key relationships with highend Specifiers and Architects
Work both individually and with colleagues based in the Showroom to achieve company strategy objectives, targets and goals

Skills and Experience needed for the Specification Sales Manager:

At least 5 years' sales experience to the A&D marketplace in London
Knowledge and experience of premium / luxury design brands
Strong technical and commercial background
Direct experience of project sales, managing the sales process endtoend
Computer literate with knowledge of CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present to customers
Highly organised with excellent planning skills
UK driving licence

In return they are offering a salary of £40k to £45k plus bonus, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and plenty of room for growth and career development.
