Salesforce Technical Lead

Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance

Manchester (hybrid)

They work hard to turn problems into opportunities and support those who other banks will not, often helping start-up businesses get on their feet and supporting people get their first home or car.

The Role

  • In this role, you will be handson with Apex, SFDX, and Lighting Components.
  • You will be leading one of the teams of developers to deliver effective software development practices.
  • You will be required to collaborate with product owners and wider stakeholders to help inform them about what to build and why.
  • In this role you will be managing a team of developers, and responsibilities will involve leadership and mentoring.

Skills required

  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce development, Apex, SFDX, and Lighting Components.
  • Experience in implementation and integrating patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with wider stakeholders and mentor and teach junior team members.


Experience in salesforce Financial Services is desired but not required, as well as experience with Domain storytelling and building backend APIs.
