£22,000-£23,000 pa, depending on experience.


Hours:40 hours per week, (Monday to Friday) Some flexibility required. Alternate weekends may be required.


Description
We are recruiting Buying Assistants to support our vehicle purchasing department based in our newly refurbished offices in Gillingham. We are looking for people with a customer service or sales background, preferably from within the Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
  • Obtain accurate information on the vehicle's condition, history, and ownership
  • Update internal CRM systems consistently and accurately
  • Liaise with our valuation specialists
  • Negotiate, agree and complete vehicle purchases
  • Schedule vehicle collections
