Description
Outbound call advisors required for a busy call centre based on the Birmingham Business Park.You will be calling customers to book appointments or arrange aftersales products. You will be working in a smart modern call centre. You will be making up to 120 outbound calls per day and recording data on the company CRM system.
You will have a good telephone manner and have good knowledge of word and excel. The hopurs of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00. You will be required to work one weekend per month.
