A Technology Services Provider is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team in Dorking.

You will be in the office full-time during your probation, after that the role is hybrid working.

The job requires you to answer inbound callsfrom clients and pick up tickets from the second line issue board; managing these tickets to closure.


Key Skills the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will have:

  • At least two years' 2nd line IT support experience.
  • Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Fully proficient with Windows Servers.
  • Managed service experience would be a benefit to hit the ground running.
  • Network and MS Server experience.
  • Microsoft or Network certifications beneficial.
