A Technology Services Provider is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team in Dorking.
The job requires you to answer inbound callsfrom clients and pick up tickets from the second line issue board; managing these tickets to closure.
Key Skills the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will have:
- At least two years' 2nd line IT support experience.
- Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Fully proficient with Windows Servers.
- Managed service experience would be a benefit to hit the ground running.
- Network and MS Server experience.
- Microsoft or Network certifications beneficial.
