Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will work alongside existing team members in successfully implementing IRB in the bank.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Perform horizon scanning around IRB regulations and ensure coordination with the relevant stakeholders across the bank for the assessment of any new regulatory requirements.
Manage the annual IRB attestation process, including coordination and supporting the completion of the IRB regulatory selfassessment, including quality assuring the responses and evidences provided by the relevant stakeholders.
Tracking of the action plans to remediate identified gaps during the selfassessment process.
Provide guidance to different stakeholders on interpretation of regulatory requirements.
Production and maintenance of IRB specific governance documentation in accordance with internal standards.

Role Qualification

Solid understanding of the IRB regulation (CRR, EBA, PRA)
Be degree educated or equivalent,
Be proactive and able to act on their own initiative;
Deliver high quality outcomes;
Be a strong team player;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyse, articulate and present complex issues clearly and concisely
Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and represent the bank effectively
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with impact with people at all levels
Integrity and discretion
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail and an organised approach to work
