About Our Client:

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation in Wakefield

The main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will be - To support a director with admin tasks

  • Answer the phone
  • Take minutes in meetings
  • Manage diaries
  • Arrange meetings

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Personal Assistant will have - Experience of minute taking

  • Be available to start work within the next 1 week
  • Be able to be onsite in Wakefield 5 days a week

- £12 an hour
