Role:
South America Section Volunteer

Day's available:
Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Minimum age: 18 years old

Length of placement: 6 months
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our committed and friendly team of volunteers.

This is a one day a week voluntary position lasting 6 months, working from 8am until 5pm (winter hours may vary).

Species and breeds held on section:

Andean Bears
African Lions
Lowland Tapirs
Capybara
Mara
Poison Dart Frogs
Ringtailed Coatis

Day to day tasks:

Assisting with daily cleaning.
Preparation of feeds.
Creating enrichment.
Collecting and providing browse.
Assisting with routine husbandry tasks such as carrying out routine health checks.
