We are looking for an experienced
CNC Miller to join a rapidly expanding engineering company and their new state-of-the-art facility in
Stockport.
This is a business that have placed themselves at the forefront of the CNC design and manufacturing sector and are expanding their team of professionals as a result.

What will you be doing as a CNC Miller?
- Running and overseeing the operation of CNC milling machines to produce precise components based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Preparing CNC milling machines for production by installing and aligning workpieces, clamping tools, and configuring machine settings
- Creating or editing CNC programs to control the movement of the cutting tools and achieve the desired part geometry
- Inspecting and measuring finished parts using various precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
What do you need?
- Time served as an apprentice
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with CAM programming
- Previous exposure to millturn machines and multichannel
- An understanding of working in line with quality standards such as ISO 9001
