Description

Our client is a leading construction and maintenance company specialising in social housing, is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the dedicated team.

As a Carpenter in social housing, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality construction and maintenance services to support and enhance our communities.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and PDA complete your duties.

Execute a range of carpentry tasks within social housing units, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient project completion while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Interpret and follow project specifications, blueprints, and sketches.
Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure a positive working relationship.
Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
This is a temporary to permanent role
Monday to Friday
8am 5 pm
40 hours PAID
30 minutes UNPAID lunch
