This is a brand new role brought about through steady organic growth. Data to be examined will include Recruitment, Employment Sentiment and other personnel issues.Workday is being implemented so experience with this HRIS would be a bonus.
It is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
The Role
- Manage Personnel Data and ensure the quality of data is accurate
- Develop and report key metrics to leadership and other stakeholders
- Creative use of MS Powerpoint, BI Tools and Excel to present data.
- Identify insights based on data analysis and bring to the appropriate attention.
- Lead employee engagement through survey design and analysis
- Be Data stakeholder for Workday implementation
The Person
- At least 5 years Data Management experience within Financial Services. The closer to Asset Management the better
- The more knowledge of Workday the better
- Creative sand outgoing.
- If you've been part of a Workday Implementation then it is a bonus
