The Opportunity:

You would take responsibility for the overall management and efficient daily running of an agricultural store including sales and all branch management.

You will enjoy promoting and representing the business, providing thehighest levels of service to existing customers and helping to identify and nurture new prospects, across the region.

This role provides you the autonomy to develop product ranges, marketing campaigns and more to help grow this already thriving business.


The Company:

Providing farmers with a wide ranging portfolio of some of the best products on the market, including livestock management and monitoring, fencing, grassland management products and a variety of Agri-tech solutions among otherthings.

Not only supplying products but also providing advice to customers to help increase efficiency on-farm and work towards carbon efficient systems.


Skills/Experience Required:


  • Essential _
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry, particularly livestock farming and production systems
  • Excellent customer service skills both facetoface and over the telephone, with the ability to communicate to all levels
  • Good organisational skills, able to manage records, processes and teams effectively with strong leadership skills, able to act quickly and decisively
  • Be selfmotivated and target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
  • Think outside the box with regards to new sales and marketing initiatives
  • Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Flexible in your approach to work, able to work some Saturdays on a rotational basis, and attend some shows and events throughout the year
  • Desirable_
  • Have the ability to be influencing and persuading to close a deal
  • Have the ability, where necessary, to demonstrate equipment
  • AMTRA qualification

Remuneration:
A competitive basic package is available, dependent on experience.
