Are you passionate about providing world class customer service? Do you have an interest in the Financial Services industry? Want to keep you weekends free?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative Financial Services business in the heart of Leeds City Centre for a high volume of Customer Service Advisors

What will you be doing?


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking inbound calls from current customers with queries around stocks and shares.

You will be providing them with informative and accurate information to help resolve their queries quickly and efficiently, whilst providing exceptional customer service.

What are we looking for?

Exceptional customer service skills
A friendly yet confident approach
Strong IT skills
Experience or knowledge of Financial Services is desirable
