Key Responsibilities:


  • Bid Management: Lead the endtoend bid management process, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to produce compelling and compliant bids that align with ICare Group's mission and values.
  • Content Creation: Craft persuasive and articulate written content for bids, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth research and analysis of the domiciliary care sector, competitor landscapes, and funding opportunities to inform bid strategy and positioning.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to review and refine bid documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in bid writing practices, contributing to the enhancement of the overall bidding function.
  • Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer.
  • Other duties as required.

Must haves:


  • Proven experience in bid writing within the domiciliary care or healthcare sector.
  • Be based within the North West of the UK.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of funding streams, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in the domiciliary care sector.
