Key Responsibilities:

Bid Management: Lead the endtoend bid management process, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to produce compelling and compliant bids that align with ICare Group's mission and values.
Content Creation: Craft persuasive and articulate written content for bids, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with industry standards.
Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth research and analysis of the domiciliary care sector, competitor landscapes, and funding opportunities to inform bid strategy and positioning.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to review and refine bid documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in bid writing practices, contributing to the enhancement of the overall bidding function.
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer.
Other duties as required.

Must haves:

Proven experience in bid writing within the domiciliary care or healthcare sector.
Be based within the North West of the UK.
Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Knowledge of funding streams, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in the domiciliary care sector.
