We have a great opportunity for an Energy Officer to join our Energy team based in Worcester.

The Energy Team sits in the Property Services Department and manage the Group utilities, voids, meters, contracts and queries as well as the energy efficiency of the Group's portfolio.

In this role you will be supporting the delivery of Social Housing Decarbonisation and Retrofit works attending the office on occasion.


The role of Energy Officer **will include:

  • Responding to energy queries ensuring that an efficient service is provided at all times
  • Support the team by raising purchase orders or instructions and processing invoices
  • Managing property and budget data
  • Manipulating spread sheets to feed information into SAP
  • Run reports, answer queries and attend meetings

Skills and experiences:


  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or Business Administration or equivalent is desirable
  • Recent experience within a similar role where prioritising work loads is required in order to meet deadlines
  • Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and general internet communications
  • Working knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates and Governments Fuel Poverty Strategy
