Description

My client is a Finchley based school, looking to recruit a Recruitment and HR Officer on a temporary to permanent basis to join their HR team.

Principally the role will help manage and coordinate the whole recruitment cycle, from liaising with heads of department on their staffing needs, right through the hiring process to new employee induction and onboarding.

You'll provide the Head and other senior leaders with advice and guidance on employee relations matters, alongside policy and process implementation.

Additionally, you help maintain the HR database, ensuring that all employee records, DBS checks and other relevant information is kept up to date and in accordance with both internal and external requirements.

This role is to start ASAP and will be based at the school site.
