Part Time (Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 2.30pm)

Temporary - long term booking**We are currently recruiting for a fabulous client of ours based in Uxbridge, within walking distance of the pedestrianised zone and very close to the tube station.


This is an ongoing temporary booking for a well know blue-chip business, seeking someone highly efficient and helpful in performing day-to-day Reception tasks and basic facilities organisation.

Ideal applicants for this opportunity need to be enthusiastic, details orientated with very much a 'can-do' attitude Your main responsibilities will include the smooth running of the premises and ensuring that reception duties are covered, stock levelsare maintained, and meetings rooms are ready for action


Key duties will include:


  • Reception cover as required answering/redirecting calls.
  • Ensuring daytoday stocks are monitored and replenished as required.
  • Completing Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Raising of invoices when required.
  • Collecting and distribution of letters and parcels from reception.
  • FedEx and OCS and tracking, advising senders of progress.
  • Completing a daily "Check sheet" to ensure all facilities are in readiness.
  • Basic maintenance and readiness of onsite facilities such as coffee machines.
  • Organisation of meeting rooms as required.
  • Dealing with suppliers should service levels not be maintained.

Ideally you will have;

  • A cando attitude where you are willing to muckin and get the job done to ensure the site is ready at all times
  • Previous Reception experience answering and redirecting calls.
  • Knowledge of monitoring stock levels and reordering when low.
  • The ability to be "handson" with site facilities, maintenance and stock control the kind of person that ensures a site is ready for the day ahead, milk is onhand, tea/coffee facilities are clean and ready etc.
  • Previous experience with Health & Safety, including timed weekly fire alarm testing, would be a benefit but is not a requirement.
  • Some postal handling experience would also be beneficial receiving, internal distribution and external sending.
