About you:

Either new to your HR career (or Employee Success -ES - as we like to call it at Access) or an experienced administrator but driven by process improvement and will enjoy an ever-changing environment which allows for exciting project involvement within Employee Success at Access.

A team player who is passionate about customer service, who thrives from working alongside and learning from others. You are proactive and have a real passion to make things better, every day.

No day is a dull day; you will enjoy daily communication with employees as you support the ES team with the onboarding, life cycle changes and offboarding of employees at Access.

Success comes in the form of helping drive a fantastic life cycle experience through administration, system and data maintenance as well as having an acute attention to detail with a commitment to make sure the People data is the best it can be within the ES function.

Day-to-day, you will: - Work via our ticketing system, Access Assist, and provide administrative support to all new hires and employees across the organisation for onboarding.

- Complete background checks, including DBS, health screening and employment history for new hires using our new starter screening tool.

- Set new starters up on the People system ready for their first day and keep records of their employment documentation.

- Support with employee life cycle administration relating to job changes, role moves, references, right to work changes and family friendly moments such as maternity and paternity leave.

- Complete the offboarding of employees via the leaver process, making sure final pay and employment information is shared with employees, leaders and wider teams such as Payroll.

- Administer our internal ES systems and ensure electronic records are up to date and accurate, as well as support data cleanse activities.

- Assist on internal and external audits to make sure we're compliant when necessary. - Be part of ES team projects, working alongside the ES Assistants and ES Advisers. - and pick up any ad hoc duties and initiatives that support the overall ES Operations team.

As a well-rounded ES Administrator, you have a desire to: - Be passionate about providing excellent customer service to employees.

- Own employee data and challenge when something doesn't look correct to make sure we hold accurate information and remain compliant.

- Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Be adaptable, proactive, and embracing of change (we're constantly evolving) - A great communicator, that seeks to resolve conflicts as you strive for great outcomes.

- Have an eye for detail and take the initiative approach to always improving our processes.

- Champion our company guidance and expectations, always working within Access' policies and procedures - Learn new skills and develop with the role as it progresses to support Access scale - Develop good IT skills, specifically MS Office and our internal systems.
