Bunk is a Cocktails and Wings Bar which has been established for 7 years, starting off with just one bar in Nottingham City Centre and expanding to Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, and Wolverhampton.

With two new venues scheduled to open in Loughborough and Manchester in February 2023.


Due to this expansion, we are recruiting for a full time Accounts Stock Administrator to join the Bunk team based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, NG3.

You'll be joining a small and friendly team. We offer casual dress wear and flexible working hours along with a relaxed working environment.

This is varied role and will change as the person grows in the position. Training will be provided on the systems.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Weekly download of the venue stock takes to aid in the processing of the weekly GP figures.
  • Analyse and report stock variances using spreadsheets.
  • Maintain stock item records on the company Epos Backoffice system.
  • Check supplier prices against invoices/delivery notes
  • General data entry
  • Learn other aspects of the accounts department for holiday cover, IE purchase ledger
  • General administration duties as required

Requirements:_

  • Highly computer literate
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero accounts package or similar.
  • 12 Years accounts/finance experience
  • Forward thinking and proactive with a cando attitude

Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
