  • The Work related Learning Organiser will undertake planned activities in accordance with work related learning delivery plan across London area.
  • Job Objectives:
  • Work on multiple schools projects to successfully source, match and place students in accordance with agreed service delivery plan.
  • Provide planned activities against delivery plan.
  • Create, maintain and update database to ensure student/employer records are accurate.
  • Produce impact reports at end of each project and provide recommendations for schools.
  • Directly engage with employers to promote work related learning service.
  • Run briefing sessions using pre-prepared presentations.
  • Undertake health & safety checks, risk assessment and suitability of placements for young people.
  • Be responsible for adhering to both local and the Corporate Safeguarding policy and procedures aimed at promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and at-risk adults and attend mandatory child protection and/or adult protection safeguarding and prevent training

Assessment day and 2nd stage interviews to be confirmed.
