Description

We are looking for an experienced porter who has hospitality experience, to ensure that a quality service is provided to the client.


Main Duties:


  • To maintain a high standard to all office areas of Allen & Overy.
  • Respond immediately to any customer complaints as they occur and inform your Line Manager of any actions taken or needed as required.
  • Advise and discuss any areas of concern that may affect the quality of service being provided by Strand.
  • Ensure tasks and help desk ticket works are completed to the correct standard and timescale and called to Administrator to close.
  • Carry out any administrative duties as laid down by the company.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are known and strictly adhered to at all times and ensure all PPE issued to you is worn.

To be successful in the role, you will need:
To be able to achieve standards and targets within given time scales.
A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
You should be able to demonstrate a sound level of communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to demonstrate a degree of judgement and discretion when assessing information and issues.
Produces quality work within the agreed working timescale with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Is a team player who shows enthusiasm and can use their own initiative.
Someone who is self motivated with an eye for attention to detail.

To be able to direct and motivate a dedicated multiracial workforce, ensuring standards and targets are fully achieved within given time scales.
