Description
Working in a prestigious office in the centre of Dundee, full time, Monday - Friday, supporting some of the best Financial Service professionals.
Salary dependant on experience, range:
£21k - £25k
If you are someone who is happy to work independently, has high attention to detail and ideally some previous experience to the financial services industry.
Day to day you'll:
- Process new business, following strict processes and procedures setting up of new clients on the system, opening new requests and cases
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure service level agreements are met and any delays are picked up and managed in advance
- Updating internal systems with accurate information
- Ensure FCA regulations are adhered to at all times (money laundering, best execution, client money rules, market conduct) and report any incompliances or risk uncovered
- Data management, produce reports, collate information, analyse data as required
- Manage and plan own workload, it's essential you come with good time management skills
- Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management
- Previous experience working within financial services
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
