Vacancy Overview:
IT software customer support role, you will be given a position of responsibility to set all new customers up, train them on a product and support them as they use the product.
You will also be responsible for working with other departments to implement initiatives that will improve how the business operates.
Working Week:
Monday - Friday

Detailed Job Description:
On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting software products. You will be setting up customer accounts and talking to customers about products. You will also be handling complaints and queries and dealing with mobile phone products.

The apprentice's job will primarily entail delivering excellent customer service in various ways:
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Liaising with clients and answering queries
- Dealing with adviser / case administration
- Updating the backoffice system
- Inputting data
- Checking data for accuracy
- Producing reports
- Helping with compliance
- Helping with marketing
- Help to reevaluate the company's customer support procedures and look at their effectiveness
- Help to evaluate the organisation of the company's customer support delivery
- Produce a document looking at the company's business needs, both internally and externally.
- Help to evaluate the company's overall communication processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
- To carry out a marketing exercise, to contact clients on a specific database and monitor and evaluate the success/response of your marketing campaign.
You will be given many opportunities and challenges to learn and develop.

All training to perform the role will be provided by the company, but apprentices will also be expected to find their own learning opportunities and areas for growth and pursue these.
Skills Required:
- Strong computer/IT skills
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Able to work as a team as well as on own initiative
- Excellent written skills
- Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines
Personal Qualities:
You must be able to develop a strong interest in our software products and have a willingness to learn and progress.
You will be someone who can work on your own initiative and is not afraid to ask for help or ask questions.
